Free Reminder Service

We love having ongoing relationships with our clients. That’s why we offer a handy free reminder service to help you keep track of your testing requirements. Fire protection equipment needs to be tested at regular intervals (according to the relevant New Zealand standard). These intervals might be monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly, yearly, 3 yearly, or 5 yearly appointments – the frequency can vary based on your equipment and environment.

If it’s been 5 years since your last test, it might be a bit hard to remember your next appointment. That’s where we come in. We’ll provide you with a recommended re-test date on the day of testing. After that, we keep your details on file and send out a reminder when that date is approaching.
